What started as a need to manage the deer population at home developed into a passion to providing the best quality venison at an affordable price.
Venison is an excellent form of lean protein.
Being wild the deer are free to roam, they aren't fattened with artificial feed, they live on a natural diet of grasses, leaves and wild plants. With no medication or human interaction.
All of our venison is sourced within the Dorset countryside and the vast majority of it within 10 mile radius of Puddletown.
We have complete control over the venison as a food product. From harvest through extraction and butchery to providing a finished product it is fully undertaken by ourselves.
